Easy Dollar Tree Bunny Wreath Transformation

This may be one of the easiest spring DIYs ever!! I spotted this sweet bunny wreath on the Dollar Tree Plus aisle for $5 and loved it so much that I put it in my cart! Next I spotted the Dollar Tree flowers and of course these pretty roses called my name and I knew they would be perfect on this wreath. My wheels started turning and I decided I could add some pretty clearance ribbon to finish off this easy Dollar Tree bunny wreath!!

I really love this bunny wreath, especially the green moss!! I’m tempted to leave it as is, but these flowers are just so pretty that I’m going to add them to the wreath along with a bow! This DIY is pretty simple, I’ll just hot glue the flowers and a few of their leaves on and then add a pretty bow. I’m really hoping this all comes together!!

Adding the flower and bow details…

To insert the back of the flowers into the wreath I used my Dollar Tree stylus to poke a hole into the wreath and then add a drop hot glue.

One of my favorite parts of this wreath are the chicken wire ears!! They give the wreath a farmhouse feel and are just so darned cute!!

I’ll cut a few of the leaves off and attach them with a little hot glue. I like to tuck them into a few places here and there. You could use as many leaves as you like for this part. Depending on the color of the flowers chosen, there are so many fun combinations you could use on this wreath!!

Finally I’ll add a bow. I love this neutral ribbon and it was only .99 cents on clearance at Hobby Lobby. This project is a great example of why I pick up clearance ribbon whenever I can!!

I love how it turned out and it took less than 30 minutes and less than $8.00 to put it all together!! Cute AND budget friendly are two of my favorite things!! What do you think about this one? Is this something you’d use in your home?
