Tis’ the season friends and this cute little beaded Christmas wreath ornament is easy, super cute, and budget friendly!! Even better, it’s so versatile you can use it on your tree, in a place setting, or on a pretty Christmas gift!! Let’s get started!!
Here’s what you need:
- wood beads (choose the size you like)
- wire (I use 26 gauge)
- ribbon of your choosing
- hot glue gun and hot glue sticks
- cardstock (color of choice)
- string or jute
- spray paint or acrylic paint if you choose to paint beads
- vinyl lettering or stickers for “Merry Christmas”
- wire snips

The first thing you need to do is cut a length of wire with your snips. My piece of wire is about 22 inches long. Fold your wire over so it’s doubled, making it about 11 inches long.

Once you double your wire, you are ready to add your beads one at a time. If you choose to paint your beads, make sure you allow plenty of dry time.

Next, add your beads and bend your wire into a small circle. Once all the beads are added (I use 10 beads), twist the ends of your wire together and snip the excess wire off. Just wrap the end around the wire wreath.

Now you are ready to attach your string or jute that will be used to hang the wreath. If using the wreath for place settings or on packages, you may choose to skip this step.

Finally you’re ready to add your bow with a few drops of hot glue. Lastly, use a strip of card stock (about 1/2″) and apply your vinyl wording or stickers. I like to make a “V” cut on the ends of my card stock strip to make it pretty.

This cute and versatile wreath will add a pop of color to your Christmas decor with little time and effort. There are just so many possibilities with this little beaded Christmas wreath ornament friends!! I hope you are inspired as you begin to add holiday decor to your home!!
