You guys, I’m a little obsessed with all the little red truck Christmas decor! So, when I saw this little guy at Dollar General for two dollars I knew I had to have him!! And, with a Christmas little red truck makeover he will be perfect in my decor.

This little truck is cute, but I want to add a few touches to make it even better! I’ll start by adding a little white paint to cover the blue that’s on the truck windows and windshield.

I’ll use some white acrylic paint I have on had and it takes only a few minutes to complete, but makes a big difference in my opinion. After my paint dries I’ll add a cute little wreath from Hobby Lobby Christmas section that I have on hand. After adding a small dot of hot glue to the front of the truck the wreath can be easily attached.

I’ll spruce the tree up by adding some red and white bakers twine that I have on hand.

I love the twine, but the tree still needs something, maybe some ornaments. I have four round plastic tacks that are the perfect size, and after a little white paint and some glitter will be the perfect finishing touch on my Christmas little red truck makeover!!

Once the tacks are painted, glittered, and added to the tree it’s all finished! I love the look of the this little red truck after these few simple and easy additions and can’t wait to use it in my Christmas decor! We are so glad you stopped by to see us and hope you are inspired!
