Easy DIY Fabric Stick Flag

I love an easy DIY, don’t you? Patriotic decor is some of my favorite, so I always go a little overboard with the red, white, and blue! I LOVE flag decor and this easy DIY fabric stick flag project is so easy and fun you may not be able to stop making them!

material, sticks from back yard, Dollar Tree stamps, ink pad
  • 3 Sticks from the yard
  • 9 Red Material Strips
  • 6 Blue Material Strips
  • 1 White Material Strip
  • Dollar Tree Stamps/Stamping Block
  • Ink Pad

*I decided to NOT use the Dollar Tree frame so please ignore it in the pic.

material strips and sticks

To attach the strips of material I’ll use a slip knot. I’ll add the two blue strips first, and then the three red strips of material.

Now it’s time to stamp “1776” onto the white strip and secure it to the stick with hot glue.
