Hey there!! Dollar General is one of my FAVORITE places to find inexpensive home decor and stop by often to peruse the aisles. I recently found the cutest little tray in their fall decor that I think will fit perfectly into my home!! I’ll tweak it just a little and add some Dollar General pumpkins to complete this Dollar General pumpkin pedestal tray!!

The tray….
The main focus for this DIY is the tray. I fell in love with the pumpkins and noticed they have a pretty blue and orange on them, so I’m going to paint the tray to match. I’m using Waverly Agave chalk paint on the tray first, then I’ll sand it and add Waverly antique wax to darken it a bit. The little “Thankful” tag on front easily pops off and will be re-attached later.

Adding some feet…
I LOVE the tray so far, especially the color!! So pretty!! I want to add some feet and I have these small finials from Walmart so I’m going to attach them with E-6000 to complete this Dollar General pumpkin pedestal tray. If you love trays like this don’t miss this one!!

I’ll darken them up with some Waverly Antiquing Wax.

Gosh I just love this one with the darkened finials against the pop of color!! It didn’t take much effort but I love the result!! All that’s left to do is add some moss and those pretty pumpkins!!

I left the tacks on the tag gold and they coordinate perfectly with the gold pumpkin stems!! So pretty!!
