Dollar Tree tumbling blocks are nothing new in the crafting world, right?? The supplies for this one include Dollar Tree rub-ons, three tumbling blocks, E-6000 glue, white and black paint, sanding file or block, and jute.
Assembling the blocks…
We’ll use three tumbling blocks for this one. Attach them together using E-6000 glue.

The paint technique…
I’ll add black paint to the surface first, allow it to dry, then cover it with white chalk paint. I’ll distress it with a file so some of the black paint shows through. Go back with distress ink to add some color to the edges.

Adding the rub-ons…
Choose the images you like and simply rub them on the surface. This design I’m using is my favorite I’ve found at Dollar Tree so far and I think it will be perfect for personalization!!

Now we’re ready to drill holes in the top for jute string or wire. I’ll be inserting jute string and knotting the ends on this Dollar Tree tumbling block personalized ornament.

That’s a wrap friends!! Such a simple idea, but so many possibilities!! These could even be attached on top of gifts as gift tags that can be kept!! I’m so excited to start including these on ALL my gifts!! If you love using the tumbling blocks be sure to see this DIY!! Let me know what you think!!
