I love an easy DIY, don’t you? Patriotic decor is some of my favorite, so I always go a little overboard with the red, white, and blue! I LOVE flag decor and this easy DIY fabric stick flag project is so easy and fun you may not be able to stop making them!
- 3 Sticks from the yard
- 9 Red Material Strips
- 6 Blue Material Strips
- 1 White Material Strip
- Dollar Tree Stamps/Stamping Block
- Ink Pad
*I decided to NOT use the Dollar Tree frame so please ignore it in the pic.
To attach the strips of material I’ll use a slip knot. I’ll add the two blue strips first, and then the three red strips of material.
Now it’s time to stamp “1776” onto the white strip and secure it to the stick with hot glue.
How darn cute are these little flags?!? I made these in about thirty minutes if you don’t count my stick hunting!! Tuck them in an existing arrangement or use in a jar. This easy DIY fabric stick flag is such a quick and easy craft! I’d love to know what you think of this one friends!
