Have you seen the moss bunnies all over Pinterest?? I just LOVE them and think they are perfect for spring decor, inside or out!! I’m making one for my tabletop and starting with simple and inexpensive Dollar Tree bowls. Come on in because I’m sharing all the details as I create this tabletop moss bunny for my spring home decor!

- Four Dollar Tree Plastic Bowls (2 large and 2 small)
- E-6000 Glue
- Craft Glue
- Green Spray Paint
- Moss
- Ribbon for bow
- Styrofoam
- Cardboard

First, I’ll glue the two larger bowls together and the two smaller bowls together. Set aside to dry for a few hours. Next, stack the smaller bowls on top and use the E-6000 to glue the two sets together. Set aside and allow glue to dry.

Next, I’ll spray the bowls green and begin using the craft glue to attach the Spanish moss. I worked slowly here, covering the top smaller portion first and then the bottom larger part last.

Now I’ll attach a piece of styrofoam on top to round it off a bit more. Then I’ll cut cardboard ears and attach those on top of the styrofoam.

When I attach the cardboard ears I cut a line in the styrofoam to press the cardboard into, adding glue before inserting the pieces. Then I fill in the moss around the ears and top of the styrofoam.

Lastly, to finish up our tabletop moss bunny fill in any holes with moss and then add a pretty bow using your favorite ribbon or fabric.
