I can’t hardly pass up a pretty bottle brush tree and these trees from Dollar Tree were no exception! Truth be known I probably have a little addiction! I use them everywhere at Christmas throughout my home for a touch of the holiday in every room! Let’s pair these pretty trees with a Dollar Tree staple to create a Dollar Tree bottle brush tree display just in time for Christmas.

Supplies I’m Using…
- Two Dollar Tree Bottle Brush Trees
- One Dollar Tree Crate
- White Paint
- Dollar Tree Snow
- Dollar Tree Foam Florist Block
- Glue
- Walmart Mini Ornament
- Twine
- Distress Ink

First thing I want to do is paint the crate white and then heavily distress it with a sanding block.

I’ll add distress ink in Antique Linen to all the distressed areas.

Now we need to cut down the Dollar Tree foam block to fit into the crate.

Next we just need to add some glue and snow to finish the box.

Adding the bottle brush trees…
Finally we’re ready to insert the trees into the foam. I’ll use a heat gun to melt the glue and remove the round bases so I can add them to the box.

I also had a small bottle brush tree from Target in my stash that I’ll add.

I want to keep this project simple and pretty so I’m leaving the trees as they are. I’ll add a black twine bow to a mini ornament and then hot glue to the front of the box.

This Dollar Tree bottle brush tree display will be perfect sitting on a stack of books or tucked on a shelf to add a little bit of holiday to any room. What do you think about this one? Be sure to let me know if you try it!
