Dollar Tree Frame Refrigerator Magnets – Word & Home

I spotted these small 3 X 2 frames at Dollar Tree and loved the beaded details so much that I grabbed four! With a few little tweaks they will make the cutest Dollar Tree frame refrigerator magnets that I can use all year.

First up I’ll remove the stand from the back and brush on some Milky White paint to add a little color but still keep them neutral. These would be beautiful painted gold as well.

Next I’ll remove the insert and paint it Milky White too. I’ll add some distress ink to the edges for some contrast.

Now for the accessories I’ll use these Dollar Tree wood hearts painted a dark red, Delta Tompte Red. I also used some red striped material to cut a heart shape.

Once the inserts are complete I’ll add some magnet strips to the back and these Dollar Tree frame refrigerator magnets are all ready!
