Hey there!! I just LOVE a cute snowman for Christmas and winter decor, and when it’s inexpensive to create, even better! This Dollar Tree pizza pan snowman starts with a pizza pan of course and it would be a cute addition to anyone’s snowman collection!

The first thing I want to do is get my pizza pan painted completely with white chalk paint. This will take 2-3 coats with time between each coat to dry.

Once the white paint is completely dry I’ll slide the hat on top of the pan to see how it will fit and where I want to paint on a face.

Next, it’s time to paint the face using the black, orange, and pink paint. Let’s start with the eyes.

Now it’s time for those rosy cheeks, then the nose, and the mouth will be painted last.

I’m using Waverly chalk paint in Ballet Slipper for the cheeks and added in a little Waverly Snow white.

To create the nose I paint an orange circle and then extend the paint out to make the nose. I’m using the color Pumpkin. I’ll also use the white and black paint to add accents to the eyes and nose. They make a BIG difference!!

Now, to create the mouth I’ll add little marks on the cheeks that you can see above, and connect the two with a wavy line.

When the face is complete and dry, I’ll spray it with a sealer spray or top coat to help protect the paint.

Adding all the extras…

Now I’m ready to add the hat to our Dollar Tree pizza pan snowman. I’m not planning on hanging mine so I’m not adding holes. If you want to hang this guy you’ll need to drill holes in the pan and cut holes in the hat to run string or wire though. I’m using E-6000 to attach the hat.

The hat needs a little something so I’ll paint a Dollar Tree snowflake white and add a little glitter before gluing it to the top right corner of the hat. This snowflake had a hole in it for hanging so I added one of the Dollar Tree stickers to cover it before I painted and glittered.

Finally, I’ll finish up this Dollar Tree pizza man snowman by adding some greenery and the vase filler styrofoam balls to the bottom.

Lastly, I added one of the styrofoam balls to the center of the snowflake to bring everything together. I love how this piece turned out and can’t wait to display it for Christmas! I’d love to know if you try it! If you love snowmen as much as me be sure to see this tutorial!!
